First of all you should have in your mind a clear  company's strategy and objectives  and its achievable strategy.Since the employees are a viable tool to achieve these goals ,hence we should  keep that's tools always ready  to achieve us our  goals for this purpose  we should highlight their  importance in their  own eyes, for this purpose we should give a valuable importance to their work, their technical efforts , and they should be more motivated,to explore  new concepts.

Dear Mujtaba

To b brief n to the point, I would say that till the time you don't give the feelings of ownness to your employees, they would do fatigue but no work and no contribution. It is their motivation which will augment their efforts and improve productivity. You  can not earn profit if you don't give due share to your employees. The employees need to be given this feeling that any loss to the organization might cost them their job but more than that they need to be assured that a penny of profit will be shared with the employees. So, they will work for that additional profit and their additional share. In return the  company goals and objectives will be achieved . This will bring company goals and objectives aligned with individuals' goals and objectives, which is a must for the growth and profitability of an organization.
