World has scarcity of leaders, is it because of faulty education system or lack of social responsibility or you presume any other reason ???

I think the main reason is lack of personal interest from people. People do not believe self, and underestimate themselves to succeed in leadership role. It is also because, there are very few opportunities in leadership while comparing to non-leadership roles. Leadership means taking risks, and many people are afraid of taking risks because they are afraid of failure.

Though Education system can only provide basics, it does play a role in creating leaders. 

I may be wrong, but that's my view.
