Hi Venkitaraman,

Good afternoon. In my opinion, it will be depend on the situation. For example, if I do have the time and no other work which will worth more. I will prefer walk in both the cases, if the distance is walking. Since, I can save Rs.25/- as well as walking to and fro20 minutes will not deter my health in fact it will help. Even though the Rs25/- may a small amount for someone but still it will help to buy something additional and can be utilized for transportation. So I can say it will be prudent decision to purchase it from other outlet where we are getting discount.

In the first situation, am I going to buy gloves or a jacket????

Anyway, I do respect those who started to calculate the percentage, but I believe it is not logic to do this calculation. In both cases, the question is whether is it worth to walk10 minutes to save Rs.25 ?

Personally, I don't know how much is Rs.25, if it is less than a cup of coffee, I won't do it.

No in both situations because fuel will cost more than Rs.25 and a waste of time is another issue.

yes but not neccessarily due to tha fact that is less priced. I would also be interested in getting to see other choices / options available at the other store.
