ما أهميه السلامة والصحة المهنية فى العمل؟

العامل هو جزء هام ان لم نقل الاهم من راس مال الشركة .
فهو المشرف و القائم بالانتاج والمسؤول على جودته.
وبتوفيرك للظروف الملائمة ومحافظتك على سلامته وصحته تضمن حسن سير العمل بما انك تشعره باهميته و قيمته كذات بشرية و كركيزة من ركائز الانتاج وتخفض من حوادث الشغل و التعويضات و المصاريف الناتجة عنها.

السلامة المهنية في العمل تعني الحفاظ على الإنسان و الآلة أي الحفاظ على سلامة العامل ويكون ذلك من خلال حفظ السلامة في البيئة التي يعمل بها مع تطوير التفكير الإجابي لدى العمال

تكمن السلامة والصحة المهنية من خلال انتاجية أكثر وساعات عمل بدون إصابات أو حوادث

السلامة والصحة المهنية في العمل تحقق الأمن الوظيفي لجميع العاملين وللمستثمر أيضاً، كما تحافظ على أصول الشركات وتقلل الخسائر الناجمة عن الإصابات التي تنجم عن الحوادث كالحريق

السلامة و الصحة المهنية في العمل هي توفير الراحة التامة للعامل و الاجهزة (الالة) ونتيجة ذلك يكون الانتاج ذات جودة عالية وخسائر اقل في المعدات و تقلص في نسبة الحوادث لذلك فان الدول المتقدمة تركز بشكل مباشر على هذا الاختصاص بعكس شمال افريقيا التي لا تراعي هذه الاهمية في السلامة المهنية فيكون هناك العديد من الحوادث

السلامة المهنية هي السلامة التي تحمي طرفي العقد العامل وصاحب العمل

Importance of Occupational safety It seeks to secure the health, safety and welfare of all persons at work and other persons who may be at risk as a result of activities at work.
It provides that employers maintain plants and systems that are reasonably and practicably safe, they ensure safe methods of handling, storing and transporting materials and also provide adequate induction, training and supervision in those methods.
It provides that employers must keep revised, written safety policy statement showing the arrangement and organization of their safety procedures.
These rules and procedures must be known to all employees.
It provides that employees are also required by law to cooperate in meeting statutory requirements and must not interfere with or misuse materials provided to secure health safety and welfare.
It ensures that Commission set up by government are empowered to make health and safety regulations or codes of practice for most industries and failure to observe any provision of practice may render an employer liable to prosecution.
Ensures regular compliance to standards and wide ranging powers are given to inspectors to ensure compliance with the regulations.
Conclusion Occupational safety is very important and it is the joint responsibility of all: the government, the employer and the worker.

يمكن القول بان مفهوم الصحة والسلامة المهنية هو أن نستطيع أن نمنع 85% من الحوادث إذا ما ركزنا اهتمامناعلى سلوك العامل داخل محيط العمل
