Like- what is Computer? What is management??What is networking ???Please raise the standard of questions which is beneficial for us.

I appreciate your concern.
Allow all to voice their questions / opinions ignoring their intentions and absorb what is required as this is what happens in the process of learning.
Good actions with good intentions are valuable and worthy.
I request all of you to please not take it personally. I shared what i have seen here.
If my question hurts anyone SORRY for that !!!!!!!
This question has been asked before. I am actually here on bayt.com to share my ideas, my fears, my problems. Points and ranks are never an objective. Here everybody can ask anything and everybody can give his opinion whether in one word or in a study.
Actually, if somebody asks me what is globalization and or do you live it. i will give him simply advise him to visit the bayt.com website and tell him to come and share his ideas with people from all over the world without fear without stress.
Just sharing knowledge and ideas, but not for making rank.
I like your point of view
however this question will never add points to my record nor voting it up will improve my ranking but i came just to agree with you
One can ask the simplest question but the context is important to keep in mind. let suppose if I am asking a simple IT related question under the specialized topic of HR then it would be an awkward question... also asking simplest questions by intention to increase vote will definitely degrade your profile status. It is good to avoid cheap popularity.
Everyone here must be either a graduate of masteret in his field. So try to ask questions which are Real life based questions. Give situations and ask to react how will you handle with this situations.
I Believe It is right to add simple questions. No Question is actually simple, until and unless frame of reference is defined with.
It is acceptable to ask any questions that are related to the specialties mentioned above the question.
