Price is the only one that generates revenue. 

The other three add to the cost.

Sorry it cannot be one of them as it is "All of them" in practical sense. That is why it is a 'matrix' not just components. 

Just Price or Just Product cannot generate the flow of revenue .  Only that some are the "Creators" of revenue & others are the "Outcome" of it. 

To be successful each one is important & are the parameter's which can be induces for creation of 'Revenue". :-)
