Dear Ibrahim,

It is not necessary the case. Sometimes mangers provide for the best interest of the organization with fewer resources and sometimes there are tendencies to go overboard. There are different situations that require the sacrifice of more resources to improve the bigger picture or to thigh a deal that will benefit everybody. However, evaluating the situation, high levels of administration should reconsider the position of manager if he takes too much input for a simple output.

It is obvious that these Managers act efficiently most of the time and that is exactly the reason they are able to meet the organisational goals.

It is a necessary condition, but not sufficient to be always act efficiently.

It is required to have other skills and competencies to act efficiently.

Not necessarily, It is based on an manager’s ability, ambition and engagement. Less than a third of top performers have the potential to succeed at a higher level. There's a need to set SMART objectives and monitor performance efficiently and effectively which is a key determinant of organisational performance for a managers’ assessments.

No all the time

"Depends on his level of "Performing Arts

Unfortunately there are many managers playing in this area

Therefore, I would suggest from my personal view to review the level of the mangers between time to time, making a Survey which will be taking from the team/staff under the manger.

Action and reaction on other hand personality and attitude its really affect the organization and the staffs.
