well i have extrovert personality , i love to deal with customer always excited to treat customer as a family part of our organization.
Respect them, and in return get satisfaction to serve.
I want to operate in customer service because i have a passion to SERVE. Customer service encompasses more than just attending to customers. witout a passion to meet needs you will not function well in customer service. I love the satisfaction on customers' faces when i hae served them properly andthis keeps me satisfied and makes me want to continue.
In order to please the customer all the time and retain him within the enterprise hence draw the attention of potential customers, we may need to examine customer service through transaction elements, pre-transaction elements and post transaction elements.
