Challenge your ideas about how things should work. Otherwise you limit your ability to be effective in the world as it actually is… good leader is if you challenge your beliefs about what you can and can’t do.

Daily job duties might lead the employee to loose interset in his job, I personally think that trying new ways that are more efficients in doing exsisting tasks  or trying new tasks would make a job more challenging and interseting.

Dear Bahaa,

I think I am the only person in this world is the most open to experience every thing new in the work :) I see many people who are prone to anxiety fall somewhere on the spectrum of avoiding new experiences.

For many reasons you have to try new things in work:-

- One reason is that trying new things increases our adaptability and ability to survive. If we always do the same things how can we learn to get along when our life situation abruptly changes?

- One reason is when we try to do something new, we are adding skills, knowledge, and competence to our psychological repertoire..

In my personal experience it's very important to do.

Best Regards,

Yes always be open to new things. If here is a training oppertunity available always go for it. The CRM software changed from sap astro to sales force. If I am not open to change then I would not be needed at work .
