Could it be an alternative concept to build nature awareness of children & decrease domination of technology of children and encouraging them into social and physical activities?

I haven't heard of it Ismi but you have my attention and I will research it! You will no doubt have concluded that I am not a great fan of "everything" technological and I think a number of social media sites can be dangerous for impressionable youngsters, I would therefore welcome a return to the "old fashioned" way of schooling whereby more attention was given to social and physical activities, even though it was only because that was "the way" years ago before technology came to the fore!!
I would like sharing what I found about natural school/ nature school concept to answer Mr. Ahmed Ghendy. And I would like to learn more too and exchange some information which maybe the colleagues here found something about this.
Natural school concept/ nature school is a nature-based school where teaching and learning happens in nature environment and it is not limited on classroom activities, it provides teaching and learning activities outdoor class in nature environment setting. So far, this concept is used by kindergarten and preschool level and there are only few schools available which offer this system because the school needs to provide nature environment as learning places beside classroom. And it is expected to be expanded for the above levels too. First time I heard this concept around5 years ago and trying to find what this concept really means. And some references of this school concept are:
- Victoria Nature School
- Forest School, Canada
- Waldkintegarden , Germany
- Forest Kindergarten, UK
- Sooke Nature Kintegarden Program
- Green School, Bali, Indonesia
Theories about LAW OF NATURE are not new. According to it there are some laws that can not be changed and they are universally accepted. For instance when letting an apple go, it'll drop on the ground or the formula of water is H2O; two atoms of Hydrogen and one of Oxygen makes water. Thomas Hobbes interprets it in a more liberal way. According to him it is accepted all over the world in each time that judges should be impartial.
The opposite of LAW of NATURE is man made law or positive law. Its examples are driving speed at a particular highway or age limit for marriage, etc.
Now coming to your question; using this concept some schools are projecting their activities as Natural. For instance, a school in USA is claiming to design a Natural play ground for the children where children can play in a natural learning environment.
I'm not sure about its validity but we can not reject the idea that the natural pattern is more feasible, to go ahead, for mankind
I fully agree with MR Peter Scott
Montessori concept propounded by Madam Maria Montessori derives its roots from nature.Which was later adapted & developed by other educational approached.Kindergarten is another such approach.
If natural & evolutionary techniques are made part of the curriculum at pre -primary to middle level of schooling ,A child's mind will naturally learn to solve his queries by experimental & scientific ways instead of looking for external resources like technology, theory or fact.
Great Answer Peter Scott.
(i) Todays Material Schooling which gives grades - Here Teacher teaches first and then takes the test .
