Capex versus OPex, where you find out revenue budget ?

I would class it under Opex although this can sometimes be done seperately in a ROI analysis. Capex is the intial investement to deliver the project and Opex is the budget the project will need to maintain the product/deliverable once the main project has been delivered, a good example would be a recurring maintenance cost over a certain period (usually measured to around5 years). You would include the revenue so that in the benefits realization the initial investment and recurring cost would eventually pay for themselves.
