Is it important for managers to understand the systems at play in their organisations and the roles which is clearly defined by the system?

<p>In organisations their are TOPS, BOTTOMS, MIDDLES and CUSTOMERS.  there are the internal systems and the external systems.   the world of the top is very different from those at the bottom similarly those of the middles and Customers.   Do we understand these worlds and how they need to be integrated into a partnership.   </p>
