Our company has a vision, and a corporate strategy to achieve the objectives of Vision. Part of the corporate strategy is to delivery high quality products, increase our product adoption. Our department is the owner of these strategy items. So, our roadmap process is derived based on these strategies. The projects I manage are part of the roadmap process.
So, successful completion of project under my management contributes in achieving the goals derived from vision and corporate strategy.

Working in Purchasing I anylized what we need to produce a product in time for the best price and lead time which saved the company money; coordinated with Finance and Accounting to keep our inventory uptoday and correct; our vendors paid in order to keep our bargening power and getting material for intime production;
My main function has been to keep cost down on best quality raw materials to be delivered in the shortest time posible. In other words saving the company money on RM's therefore higher profits and a happy customer for intime delivery
I recently hired as a System Security Practitioner/Auditor deal with performing a system security scans, vulnerability/penetration testing, and compliance in accordance with NIST and HIPPA rules. This role is %100 contribute to my company strategic objectives and goals and my career achievements. This will definitely contribute to my company reputation.

Working in Design, myself is directly linked to the company's profit & productivity. I have to choose right design with customers convenience/usability in focus. More options and reliable design can impress a customer and they continuously maintain the relationship with the company.
At design, we can save upto10% of the cost as well as20% of the production time. For this reason, good designers are key in any organization and valued as core asset.
Performance will be increased as an individual who has multiple talents and senior position will handle more than one task at same time. Candidates with Senior Position should serve the company with his mentoring skills. He will be more dynamic than any individual who is newly hired. He will be more keen on every projects and will have better understanding of the company's policies.
I was hired as an Application Developer and worked as a lead on many projects in recent years. During my leadership I was mentoring many senior developers. I was more exposed to the details of the project and knowledge gained really helped me in the design, architecture and implementation.
