Very good question
Well...............In my point of view that we should make
the work environment a healthy place and effective by
training roles & courses and periodic meetings to discuss all ideas submitted by employees
with all professionalism ,objectivity , fairness , and experience with all the members of the working group in order to bring all views them and establish contact positive channels with everyone in order to prevail the spirit of teamwork , participation and humility , tolerance, and thus everyone feels as if they are one family .
So in order to becomes the main goals are the final goal of the all work
I think, when there is only with a software solution, well trained by especially to the Old School of thought. If they could come out of the resistances and accepted the change most of the generation gap, filled and the express train can be replaced by super fasts. The work environment also should contribute smartly and that part is for accomplishment by the Top.
Very good question and compliments for that.
The way is to give proper consideration to their experience and discuss with them the new ways you want to implement and than to carry out the way with the fusion of old experience and new ideas.
This is what I do.
Regards
Training for both parties
To get to the point of balance
Firstly I think that thatthese wordsarevery importanttotreatforbusiness success. We have to refer theoryaccording toMaslowpyramids. I am from France so I speak for occidental countries because I don't know how 's this happening in others countries.
In recent years the satisfaction and the need for people at work has changed significantly. We can't tell everything here about this changement but if we want to summarize we can tell that before people needed to work a lot to show their abilities. They loved hard working even in bad work conditions.
Today, people like working but they mainly like working in very good work conditions. They want to spend time with family... the old school manager presence is fundamental in company due to his experience and we know that they have stamina. They can be a good help by giving advices and direction for new recuits. They will be complementary.
The individual expectations are very different between each worker and that's the problem for manager today. They must make a great effort of reflection to innovate forms of motivation.
Identify the characteristics and individual expectations (behaviors often come from intrinsic motivation themselves from systems of values and personal beliefs), consider them and search with the person the realistic conditions of satisfaction,as well as opportunities valuation of potential and talent to strengthen its involvement and fun at work.
We, can finish this gap slowly & steadily . We, can convince our team members by bridging this gap with " A general rule / principle - Age gap - which is also narrowed down due to exposures & knowledge ...in day-day living . " This, is easy & yet tricky presentation of facts & figures if not true than ......its better to except the defeat . To, prove your fact never use this bridge-instead if bridge is used for narrowing gaps it could do wonders in work . My View !
Bring in humility and allow all to discuss the benefits of their ideas. Learning!
If you can embrace and cope with change, you'll be valued highly in your organization. You'll be seen as a flexible and adaptable team player, and this reputation can open up many opportunities. If, however, you consistently resist change, you'll be seen as "part of the problem," and you'll get left behind.
When you take members of different generations, blend them together, and ask them to work side by side, you have both an opportunity and a challenge: the opportunity to engage a mix of people who bring their unique experiences and skills to an organization and the challenge of dealing with the generational differences that distinguish them.
