With my opinion, knowledge relations are such important in the organizations because they achieve benefits for all members in them and will lead to exchanging more important information so this relations have to be supported from the managers of divisions and members in the organization.
It create a bond within the team. It also helps in understanding and internalizing company products which will enhance productivity and also forster continuity at the exit of a staff. It create internal mobility.
