Normally extroverts are seen to be good leaders/ managers. But it does not mean an introvert cannot also become a good leader/manager. some talk much to get their work done and others talk less and their actions does the work for them.
It could be any as long an example is being set for others to follow. And as long as the person allows space for others to voice their views and gives an opportunity for learning and self learning with all humility.

Extroverts is best for satisfaction But introvert is best of good direction,supervision & motivation....So for best work Introvert has one step ahead.
