Not very Often. I don't share my feelings easily.
Actually nobody at work is ready to listen to our stories or problems. Everybody is busy finishing his work and heading home. Moreover, its not good and healthy to show your colleagues that you have issues. They will listen for sure but they will take bad impression about you and may use it against you.
There are millions of friends to share feelings with or problems. No need to mix between work and personal life or emotions. It will simply create chaos.
Not very often. I respect all my colleagues but only with few I share my feelings, those who are very close to me. Workplace is not a place where you can share your feelings thats not work related.
Emotions are a part of you as a human however you need to be able to control them. Being open with colleagues should have boundaries which none should cross because once personal life is mixed with work life professionalism is 'gone out if the window'. Honesty between colleagues is vital because it allows them to form a bond, support is also another it boosts confidence and enhances the relationships at work. However one should be cautious as to what is acceptable in telling colleagues, don't tell anyone something you will regret ever knowing in the first place if its shared. A wise person would know never to mix feelings with their profession is causes destruction.
In Profession : It’s not a good sign.
Sharing personal feelings is not good in professionalism.
If it is related to my work, I am very open. But in personal issues, Nooooo
The Work place is not a place to discuss your feelings. The only feelings that should be expressed is the one which is related to work and may lead to enhanced productivity of your team.
Suppress the feelings and let the thirst for learning and developing self and others with good intention, trust and interdependency rule over it to WIN TOGETHER.
Not often.
