Also What would be the ideal qualification to be the Director of souring / General manager of sourcing / senior buyer?

Dear Mr. Anbalagan,
With view to your question regarding the best sourcing criteria and your check points being quality, price, market, f&t and season i would like to provide you my best reply being that for a footwear to source firstly you need to target a market, for an eg; If you target India as a market then there are also3 types of market within it, firstly, metro where you may sell high range products with not so good quality even but with a known brand and the product should be in fashion but the sale quantity would be low as per person sale in an year would be3-4 pairs only. Second, Urban Areas, where the sale is good, quality matters, fashion is not so considered, with only draw back of price. People here prefer good quantity but with low price. Thirdly, Rural Areas, where the quantity is maximum but at the cheapest price and here only thing which matters is the appearance of product, if it goes well to the eyes and comfort, it would be bought.
So hopefully, i may have answered your query in the right direction.
