•Planners will diligently gather data and information on the area •Focus groups and interviews will be conducted with current residents and community members
•Analysis of the area’s transportation and other service needs will be conducted Producing the Design for Your Neighborhood
•Public meetings will be held at which you can offer your input and suggestions
•The planning team will begin crafting the physical plan for your neighborhood based on the information you provide the community presented Alternatives Presented to You
•Multiple plan alternatives will be developed by the planning team, using gathered data and input from
•Your input regarding the alternatives will be welcomed at a public hearing at which they will be Final Plan Design
•At the end of the process the planning team will unveil the preferred master plan.
