If I understand the question correctly:
- Rendering a fps animation (timeline framrate) with fps output will cause the animation to playback a little bit faster than intended.
- Rendering a fps animation (timeline framrate) with a fps output will on the other hand cause the animation to playback a little bit slower than intended.
The Final Render Video Will be a little Faster than the timeline Video ..but thats based on the source frame rate video through shooting .. and you don't feel Big Problem because it's not big difference Frame rate .. But If you shooting video 50 fps and Edit it with 25 fps Sequence it will be very slow motion Video
