How will you form your project team to yield maximum output?

Let the team know the progress of the project make them understand what is their responsibility at each stage by getting appropriate feed back from the team. More stress will be given for imparting self-responsibility than imposing them. Co-ordination of the team activities, discuss and communicate at frequent intervals, quick decisions and support so that the time schedule is properly adhered to,  and target the completion of the project ahead of schedule in a convincing manner and make them contribute more towards accomplishment by appropriate measures of motivation.
