Six Sigma at many organizations simply means a measure of quality that strives for near perfection. Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects (driving toward six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification limit) in any process – from manufacturing to transaction and from product to service. However the near perfection concept cannot be applicable to all PMPs as it require certain amount of flexibility than what is expected by a Customer. Possibility arise in case of High standard projects of International quality and specifications where there is no scope for a modification than the prescribed format. This is what I believe... Thank you.
