3.Current investors: The IPo enables listing in recognized exchanges, they can also make fresh applications and improve liquidity.

4.Government: Employment opportunities are created, National income generation by investment in a Productive line.  Also IPO contribute to revnue by way of taxes and other service charges on listing and trading.
