I'll send a message to the recruitment team to find out why and will be as follows: Dear Gentlemen recruitment team,

 

 

 

Thank you for giving me the time to interview me with your team to an administrative position in the company.

 

I have received your letter. I would like to tell you a deep regret for the failure to move forward in the application of my job at the moment, in spite of two attempts to interview performance properly, however, I have not passed the interview and wish to know the reason for the interview was not passed. Thank you for my CV remain active in yours data base for the coming6 months, whenever a vacancy comes up more convenient.

 

I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

In my opinion, need not do anything. Failing is fine and its common.   

Because the way we attend the interview and the body language of the interviewers would definitely give an idea to self.  we weren't selected because for obvious reasons. Hence, brush it aside, learn from the mistakes, move ahead . Apply for the most apt job next time, face the interview with renewed confidence.

Doing nothing because there was a decent answer that we were not shortlisted to go on the next step rather than no any news. They also give another chances by keeping the CV remains active for another chances. It is a good idea and manner from the employer for appreciating the non shortlisted applicants. So would appreciate it also.

Do nothing ... but offcourse thank them for their reply, doesn't matter what they replied but atleast they replied, some other employers if they don't shortlist you they just don't bother to reply you also.
