Developing a new housing colony is developing according two tracks. Track one is the production of new houses and utilities. Track two is about working on the social capital. Working on both tracks will increase sustainable developments and in the end, it costs less.

Instruments like rainwater harvesting, urban farming, intelligent wash systems, intelligent smart systems (fiber and wireless), smart food production and more are allready available. It's all about 'smart' implementation and execution.
