no, its not necessary to ban social networks in company. If there is sufficient work load to do employees will never choose to utilize their time in socializing. The time Management FACTOR lies here. if Employees are good enough in time management. there will never be a need for Ban of social Networks. :)

No, but sometimes employers are force to block all social networks because there are some employees who abuse it.

While doing th job, It is really important to be concentrate to do well. As we know, social networks are a way of distraction. So we can not do our job and mailling with freinds, seeing videos at the same time. For these raison, banning  the use of the social networks can be relevant.

In my experience, there's no need and benefit effect for banning social networking within the working hours.

Think about why so many comapanies diffuse music , same same benefit effect for allowing social networking.

Well not actually ban but they should prohibit the usage of social applications during working hours and when they are free ,for their relaxation ,they should be free to use them.
