6 from me. As I am a modest person who doen't like showing-off, I had to deal with some of the circumstances mentioned on the article when I was entering a new environment. Patience and hard work changed everything...Only number 8 of the article forced me once to quit my job and it is now proven 10 years later that it was a wise movement..
