Honestly speaking Bayt has not caught up with global market like LinkedIn yet. So aspiring candidates would prefer LinkedIn. Me being smart have both the profiles ;-)
Why not ! I'll try to seize any possible utility
Actually it all depends on where you are hunting for a job, If it is Gulf region then Bayt is powerful, If India then Naukri is powerful, If other countries then Linkedin + other job websites powerful in those countries can be used.
To grab every opportunity out there you can't have limitations, so use them both! You appeal to a much wider audience that way...
Actually bayt needs to create job access opportunity more as compare to others. However bayt has more constraints than linkedin. If you are searching jobs in Gulf, bayt will be a better medium. Employers response rate of bayt too much low than others.
Hi
If i am looking for change first i will update on Byat then only i will update on linked-in
Yes, I like to put on bayt or linkedin when i need seriously.
Yes
If a person had already quit from the job, then there is no harm in mentioning about a job change. which he / she looking for. But if still in a job and looking for change, better to do it through job portals / consultants since most of the company HRs are gazing through Linked in and if they accidentally come to know about it, the same shall get unnecessarily publicized. Also may spoil a genuine chance which may arise within an organisation.
