You must have good Technical Skills Especially Diagnostic and Trouble Shooting skills, Sufficient Man Power, Most of them SST (Special Service Tool for Different Vehicle + Diagnostic testers)

In my opinion, there are three aspects you need to control very well in Automotive Aftersales; -Customer Management (from the entry of the vehicle in the workshop until you deliver the vehicle to the client) - Time Efficiency (Repair well, but also respecting deadlines) - Working under pressure If you are able to meet customer expectations you will gain their confidence.
Dealing with pressure will come with experience.

Credit and customer service...
Many folks wish to have their auto's repaired and don't have the money to pay for it.
Watching your credit is one thing that will help keep the books out of the red, plus not over charging for repairs will allow you to offer good service at a great price which is the best way to advertise.
Customer service is the key to a successful garage.
If you have someone who is great with the public running the shop, customers will learn to trust them with their auto repairs and the spending of money for repairs.
Honesty in doing what needs to be done but not cheating the customers to make more money is essential.
As a mechanic for many years I have the reputation of honesty and integrity becuae I don't up-sale or charge for items that are not needed.

 Taking all necessary action to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time and carry out road test checking the customer complaints solved.
 After Quality control test conducted we record any abnormal found in the service vehicle, we register in record book and taken the class for the technician how to reduce the problem in future not occur.
 Give suggestions for the work shop technicians.
 Carry out the service delivery to the customer with a high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated changes.
