It is not the exact meaning that is targeted, it is the thought, the idea, the equivalence in meaning of both languages.
Of course yes I am good at translating English into Arabic especially if there is a literary text but if the translation is scientific and needs a certain specialty I may confuse . However , if I have a scientific text , I can translate it quite good.

Not necessary. Some times it is better to give the meaning as a whole than giving the exact meaning of each word.As some words or idioms are sometimes difficult to be translated exactly as it.
