Do not work for pay only, you should enjoy what you do at your work. You will only be able to achieve your maximum potential if you are working happily.
If you are not sure if you are happy at your work or not, then maybe you test like this:- When you wake up in the morning and you feel happy that you are getting ready to go to work, then that's a perfect job for you, BUT, when you wake up in the morning and start getting thoughts such as "oh it already morning, today again I have to go to work", then in this situation I feel you should immediately change your job.
first love your job and know it very well.
Every week from Monday to Thursday staff need to be reminded that they must work more efficiently and to set more ambitious goals. This motivation helps to improve performance, but can cause and the desire to quit. So on Friday, when employees complete all the planned works, we need to thank them for a job well done. You can send thank you letters by email, and on Monday they will come to work ready for the new labor feats. Your kind words give employees a sense of job satisfaction and show that you appreciate them.

Where I agree that a veriety of factors impact attainment of maximum potential of a team or an individual there I feel that the single most important factor that contributes towards attainment of max output of a team is "motivation" but by a "valued leader". My experience in the armed forces not once but many a times practically proved the point that motivation had the potential to work wonders. However the rider clause to the statement is that it must come from a person who presents himself from a very high moral ground. I thus have come to believe that the maximum capacity of a team to achieve excellence is limited to the excellence level of the leader himself.
Self motivation and drive through the exact path
