I think B2C is easier than B2B because in B2C audience is big and there are various channels for targeting those customers.
In B2B the purchase decision can be rational, but in B2C it is emotional.
In B2B brand identity is created mostly on personal relationship and consultative selling, however in B2C it is created through advertising and now various social media platforms.
It depends upon the level of the competition in the said business.
Where there is tough competition: B2c seems to be more good.
Where there is less competition: B2B seems to be more effortless.
Demand,Supply,Price theory is very much applicable to determine an appropriate strategy.
In my opinion B2B is easier because we have to list the features of the product we are launching or advertising, where in B2C we have to convince each customer that its useful for him as individual!
