The first and formost measure of customer satisfaction is customers' feedback. Secondly, if the same customers request to avail the same service again, it means they are satisfied. Thirdly, customers referals to other potential customers (word of mouth communication) to use the same service they availed themselves is an indication that they are satisfied.
