As a job applicant . .

These are some examples of questions you should ask to interviewer or to the employer :

- Why this post vacant?

- Why the last employee left this job?

- Who will be a direct official?

- What training do I need?

- What will be a first practical?

- When can I receive your reply about my application ?

Many of those in charge of the interview to ask the applicant at the end of the interview whether he had questions, here he finishes applicant's mind often to the vacations or work schedules. while the best to the applicant show his interest in available training chances, a requisite time for getting more responsibilities, upgrades and so on.

Interview for most people is so confusing, so firstly make them feel peace and comfort like being home by asking some questions that are easy enough for them to answer, that will make them feel confident and ready for the rest of the interview. Just a suggestion.

The most sensible question that I rarely hear from candidates during the interview is around their training and development. If you are switched-on and in it for the long run, you should ask the interviewer about what provisions they make to ensure that you will remain up-to-date. The answers you should be looking for would include a mix of training, annual budget for books, subscriptions to video training library, mentoring programs, time off to attend user groups, encouragement to present your learnings internally, etc
