Minor variations can be considered. Big demands should be discouraged as he already enjoying rewards for his work--it is our duty to protect the goodwill of the business--the chances of such practices to be disclosed is very high.

I will definitely have some buffer in my pricing and if the deal is good, then i will offer him the commission.

Yes , I would accept it. If the prospect client is good then its worth giving extra to the third party.

Sir, i would talk to the management or my seniors to do it the other way : May be that might be OK for the product / brand in there brand equity through out . To, share the profit of the company & give the person commission in excess from our selling price . The, price in the market if changes-it might give a negative impact on other customers -we could treat this as a special case & give him / her a special commission but should not alter the entire pricing structures because of one customer .
