Sir, a good boss means : While the interview was on he/she has judged me to atleast30-40 % . I can  talk about myself, have no right to pass a comment or answer a question for someone else-its how he/she will think .

 

Rest :50 % is judged in a months time & balance10 % is judged in the next45 days . So, a boss should intervene when he/she thinks the other person lacks deliverable & commercially the company would suffer for his/her mistake-otherwise let the person work/perform & go home in a mood to come energetic to perform the next day and he/she will never leave a job, will try to stick on with a boss who considers him/her - a human made by god are equal , an understanding boss is hard toget & even harder to leave at times for an employee-at the end of the day money is not everything .
