People in any organization are always attached to obsolete - the things that once were productive and no longer are, true?

yes, but sometimes it depends on different circumstances too.

In other words, people are as like as handkerchiefs , yet you (as a boss) clean up your hands yet you throw it (people) in the basket !

Unfortunally that's very very truth ! Specifically within the private sector.

Personally I spent nearly20yrs in the private sector and that was a prevailing rule.

We cannot generalize this statement. There may be persons who still stick on to the obsolete because they are comfortable working or they are unaware of the latest developments available which can perform better. There are also a lot of organisations who implement the latest as and when they come to the market.

Yes, so people are always when people are in need you to number one player and you are the king and when you retire from playing not one mention your achievements or your works, no one remembers who you are why did you go all thy works with forgetting this time thy eat dirt waiting to tell the womb of God who did this this is ironic and injustice to the people of this community in which the business end of moral value to be replaced by the values of the money was held for business Curse of these works in which human existence ends once he finished his work which
