Salespeople are most likely to be motivated by two things: money (commissions) and recognition.
The average salesperson is highly competitive, so having their triumphs recognized in front of their peers is really satisfying.
A nice cash bonus will always be welcome, too.

The best ways is:
1- Show them that I estimate there work.

2- Reward them if they reach a good target.

3- Always follow up with them, And be heedful to make them feel that I'm always there to support them.

4- Salary and commission must be suitable for their business, Also provide benefits is very good such as the car allowance to the Outdoor Sales.

5- Open the way to them to reach the management of the sales department and adding a goals to them.

 A Sales Manager should share his experience with his team members, should attend sales calls with new members to guide them. help team members close HOT leads which can be converted, keep them motivated by encouraging them and also giving some rewards.

Sales Manager should conduct meetings every day after Sales Calls to check what things are going right and what could be made right by helping other team members as targets are team effort and if team keeps performing they can exceed targets assigned and can create value to company.

So Sales Manager should monitor all activities and tap every given opportunity.

Lead by example.
If you're telling your members to do something, its best to show them how to do it by doing the job yourself first.
That will motivate others to follow suit and do what you are doing.
That will also make ideas come out on how to do a better job which in turn will help the whole team.

Be an example for them, and show them this is where I am and give them a hard challenge with good perks.
