No organization is perfectly designed, it is adoption with the time frame to sustain in the market. The big organizations are alive till now due to the fact they implemented new technology with time. To get better results, never stop improvement.

Change is inevitable, as the world evolves so should an organisation's practices, procedures and prospects. How change is introduced depends on the people of the organisation and what their expectations are from a particular organisation in the future. There is no perfect design everything has a flaw and potential to be even more outstanding, so investing time in the current design to identify opportunities is the starting point!

Good morning. No, I'm not agree. In my opinion, None of the organization is perfectly designed to get desired result. Only the way to get continuous desire result is to keep on improving weaknesses in your process. If you need different result in same domain then you've to first think out of the box and then you've to make sure that your thought will be in action. But, in both you've to be prudent and wise enough to take into consideration of market scenario.
