IELTS is more suitable for the whole native amd non native speakers
on the other hand , TOEFL is really technical and boring test especially in the speaking part .
it is unbeliviable to talk to a machine compared to the one in the IELTS exam.
Talking to someone gives you an ambitious and feeling that you did well or not by your own sensible feeling and being captive audience.
If English is not mother tongue then both test have their own advantages and disadantages also...
Both of these standardised exams have their own format, guidelines and tips for success.
Most students are trained in the format of one or two examination providers over a number of years and I think most of what makes an examination appear more accessible is the preference and exposure to that exam provider's format.
