In case of disputes , which I will always try to avoid under my Leadership but in case it does happen this is what steps i would take.

1) Get both the members into my cabin and hear them out.

2) Offer them soft drinks / water and let both know how good they are in the job.

3) Create an friendly enviorment and quote some good times of the company where both were involved.

4) Let them know that by getting agitated and out of controll they are only harming themselves.

5) Get them to hand shake or even better a hug.

6) Smiling all the three walk out of the cabin letting others know all is well.
