Have you ever encountered a very challenging student in your class....if so, how do you deal with him/her?

It happens and I consider it a real challenge to my abilities. In most of the cases, inability of a student to comprehend a system, a process or a lesson is the base of irritation. It leads him to a state where he does everything except taking interest in studies. Surely it creates many problems for the entire group of learners along with the teacher. 

I try to understand the cause of his irritation by using different methods to reach the reality. Once the problem is diagnosed then it's easy to treat.

 

As a teacher, I often come across challenging students. The first thing that I do is that I talk to the students and gradually try to find the core problem. Counselling is very important at every stage. Often talking to the parents also helps to understand the problem. Teachers can seek their help and try to bring about the positive changes as early as possible. Sometimes when the problem cannot be handled by the teacher, they can also consult a professional counsellor.

I have, and I simply tell them t behave or go to another teacher
