The most important factor is the RISK assessment.
We must do the required risk nalaysis and define the reserves related to each risk.
not yet.... but thinking about it, coz the way how you prepare it depends your finacial year
I would think this should not fall as a customer service question, more like an accounting or from a management perspective. Use the right calculator maybe?
My Budgeting is an upward revision for the next year with necessary corrections. Some minor adjustments from the current year.
Thanks for the invitation
Well..........In fact not yet
but sure it,s in mind with all my high interest
and the way i will prepare it depends on my
financial year & risk analysis as well too.
The first step in the budget process is a review of program and management achievements and fiscal performance over
the year just ending. New goals and objectives should be discussed and agreed upon in a preliminary way. These goals and objectives should fit into your strategic, long-range plan, and help you make progress towards your mission.
Then, estimate the costs required to achieve your objectives, including staff, supplies, and other resources. You must budget for income as well as expenses. Even though unpredictable events may influence fees and
contributions, you can estimate revenues with some degree of accuracy based on past experience
If a preliminary budget has been prepared and revenue and expenses are not in the desired relationship, programs and
management activities must be reevaluated and adjustments made.
Many thanks for the invitation !
Really it's not my direct scope.
yes have prepared the annual maintenance budget..My recommendation is that to prepare budget such a way that the plant efficiently operate.
