Why is it so difficult to find a suitable management position in hotels in the Middle East? I've been trying for the last 18 months.

Applicant may fail in the interviews due to communication difficulties, and experience may not fit for the position applied for, and did not pass in the written exam given by the management. 

NOW,ALL DEPARTMENT NEED GOOD EXPERIENCE.GOOD KNOWLEDGE .BUT WE ARE THINKING.WE HAVE TO MUCH KNOWLEDGE.

BUT THIS TIME WE ARE EVERY DAY LEARNING NEW.AND ALSO WE CAN NOT CONNECT GOOD WITH GOOD PEOPLE
