Let’s take an example of HR team which consists of Recruitment, P.M, L&D and OD team. They all are inter-linked with each other. Once recruitment team induct anyone and that individual is unable to perform well, they must communicate this to Rec & L&D team so that they could do precautions and alert or arrange training at their end. The PM update the recruitment team in case of any non-performer to arrange of a candidate or in case of high performance, may be planning to promote someone then they have to arrange the2nd option. The L&D keep on asking the PM team for having the list of training or candidates for the upcoming session. The guy who is on operation side of HRIS is eventually responsible to update all data in system which is shared with all teams so that they could have update list and details of employees. If any one of them is deviating from its duties, or not carrying out the duty in effective manner or with distraction or with anger will lead to issues and bitterness which affect relation and ultimately overall team performance is down. Here the role of manger is to manage them effective, guide them towards target and in case of any hurdle, remove them or get ready for loss.
