Good day sir i would like to share my opinion about your question. for me Windows7 is much better compare to the earlier version windows Operating but when it comes to multitasking it still depend on the Random Access Memory (RAM) installed in your Computer. the bigger the RAM installed in your computer the more application you can open simultaneously.
