Yes they go hand in hand because at end of month you are in pressure to prepare audit report on your findings about internal control system and at same time ensure that account ledger reconciled by your staff is okay because you are supposed to present reconciliation report to manager. So only person who retains his wits about him and takes correct action at right time shall submit both reports on timely.

Yes!

One can't do multi-task at same time literally since mind only can focus at one specific task at the time you're thinking of it... Now, at a specific time frame, you did2 or more than3 tasks then this is actually what we are calling as multi-tasking person.

Imagine... multi-tasking these2 tasks -  writing while talking... the other will come first, at some point, you may write down any letter first before you read it or you would say the word from your thoughts first before you write it. Am I correct?

Second example, a computer can multi-task but not you.

Opening2 windows (both running at same exact time) but be aware, you have to minimize the other and see the other desired window to browse there, right? Even opening both half the screen, you will have to look in the windows one at a time.

Cheers!
