It depends on the person pitching the guest post. Most important thing about guest posts is knowing how much relevant is it to your readers. Experienced bloggers get lots of pitches from other bloggers . They filter these requests and only select the one which is most suitable for their readers.
It doesn't matter to them how big a blogger you are, if your post isn't relevant then your post will hardly find any favour from the experienced and succesful bloggers.You too should adopt this process. You might not have huge readers base but it is better to post filtered guest posts which are relevant to your readers rather than ordinary posts from other bloggers.
