Do you think mobile phone technology fill the digital divide ?

i don't know if it fills the current digital divide, as some of the people are rooting against all this new technologies. Moreover, a considerable tranch of the society is not even adapting to the continuous changes in mobile apps which is why, eventually, they refrain from using any of it! 

From that perspective, Mobile technology is not the answer!

On the other hand however, people who are already supportive of the mobile technology, "having the whole world at the tip of your fingers" ideology, for those people, digital technology will be able to fill all that divide and put an end to it...

Basically it all depends on the perspective you're adapting.

My personal opinion? I do believe that mobile phone technology is becoming a bit too much.

In order to properly benefit from it, we need to have bigger screens. which indicates that the device we will be holding is no longer a mobile device but a tablet.
