Starts at home. The way we raise our children affects very much their personality in the future. Too much instructions and not leaving room for their own choice creates suppressed persons who can't make decisions on their own. Also too much instruction in what is right and what is wrong and forcing them to do what you think is right kills their creativity. Judging them all the time and telling them that they can't do anything right makes them grow to believe that they are losers. Anger, screaming and spanking ....all these things will never create leaders but rather will create angry people with lack of self-confidence. Work later on can erect some issues, develop people's skills and create leaders out of people who have potential.
